How long does the consignment process take?
Once we've reviewed your submission and you've signed the consignment agreement, most pieces go to auction within 2–6 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline during your review so you know exactly when to expect a result.
I'm not sure my artwork is valuable enough. Should I still submit?
Yes. We review all serious inquiries. Our team will give you an honest assessment of whether the piece is a good fit for our current auction program. If it isn't a match right now, we'll tell you — and we'll tell you why. There's no obligation either way.
Do you accept consignments from outside Florida?
Absolutely. We work with consignors across the United States. If you're located outside our area, we can coordinate shipping arrangements for your piece once a consignment agreement is in place. We make it easy regardless of where you are.
How do I know what price my artwork will sell for?
We provide a recommended reserve price — the minimum amount below which the piece will not sell — based on our market research, comparable auction results, and our team's expertise. You have full approval over the reserve before anything goes to market.
What happens if my piece doesn't sell?
If your piece doesn't reach the reserve and goes unsold, it is returned to you. There is no sale commission charged on unsold lots, though return shipping costs may apply depending on the consignment terms outlined in your agreement.
